Our sterile gas depth cartridge filter range combines established depth filter technology, with a pleated high surface area construction, and validated sterile filtration to 0.02 micron in gas. These PurePore sterile gas GF filters contain pleated borosilicate glass fibre media, surface modified with fluoropolymer to providing hydrophobic properties, allowing operation where small amounts of condensate are present.
Flow rates of PurePore sterile gas GF filters are typically 2-3 times that of PTFE membrane filters, such as SurePore Sterile Gas PTFE and this that dramatically reduces cartridge usage and/or installation size impacting running and capex costs.
